We’ve implemented several improvements following the outage on Nov 21, 10:02 PM JST, which was caused by an upstream provider issue (KuronekoServer).
Backup routing was activated during the incident, and additional failover and monitoring enhancements have now been applied to prevent recurrence.

Service is operating normally, and we will continue to monitor the system.

The stream endpoint returned an HTTP 401 Unauthorized response (www-authenticate: Basic realm="mediamtx", and the monitor was triggered. This error occurred in multiple regions, and one check timed out, but soon recovered and the monitor returned to normal. After the service stabilized, the incident was automatically resolved.

The network connectivity issue with the upstream provider (Cloudflare) has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation for stability.
